I got involved because of the NAS & LFAK boxing match in 2016 & never wanted to leave, i enjoy the training still now.
Enjoy being involved either fighting or helping to run the fight nights and other events.
Meeting other parents and sensory room users has helped me understand autism even further and has led to me going back to college & looking very likely I will have my dream job by October, working in an SEN school.
Having spent so much time with LFAK has allowed me to bring Ethan to use the facilities while I train which in turn has lead Ethan to want to train and for both of us to gain so much self-confidence and it’s become Ethans ‘go-to’ place to de-stress and he has been helped out with his mental health so much.
The charity & the people in it to us is a god send. Even my partner and middle son couldn’t help but become involved.
Hobbies:-We both love walking, swimming, adventure sports. Ethan loves gaming. I love baking.
